Weston Rehab is located in Jublilee House next to Mont Marie, the Motherhouse
of the Sisters of St. Joseph, in an area behind the Holyoke Mall at Ingleside,
in Holyoke, Massachusetts.
Directions:
Travel Route I-91 to Exit 15 (Ingleside).
If traveling south on I-91, turn left off the ramp.
If traveling north on I-91, turn right off the ramp.
Go straight ahead, through the traffic light at the Holyoke Mall entrance.
Continue about 0.2 miles and bear right at the four corners.
After crossing a small bridge, turn right into the parking lot.
Weston Rehab is the tan building on the left of the parking lot.
**Note: The bridge before the parking lot is under construction. You will have to use the Route 5 entrance to Lower Westfield Rd., on the left going north past the old Providence Hospital grounds. The bridge from the Ingleside area is currently impassible!
