Directions and Other Contact Information

Weston Rehab is located in Jubilee House next to Mont Marie, the Motherhouse of the Sisters of St. Joseph, in an area behind the Holyoke Mall at Ingleside, in Holyoke, Massachusetts.

Directions:
Travel Route I-91 to Exit 15 (Ingleside).
If traveling south on I-91, turn left off the ramp.
If traveling north on I-91, turn right off the ramp.
Go straight ahead, through the 4-way traffic light at the Holyoke Mall entrance.
Continue about 0.2 miles and bear right at the four corners with the stop sign.
After crossing a small bridge, turn right into the parking lot.
Weston Rehab is the tan building on the left of the parking lot.
