Rehab Program

Morning RoundUp
The day begins with a reading from a woman's meditation/recovery book. Conversation and sharing help each woman to identify and focus on an area in her life that may need attention and growth. Each morning these women face their addictions, and demons and work to create a brand new day for themselves and their families.

Vocational Program
Each program participant:
* has an individual service plan (for vocational development)
* participates in psycho-educational groups
* receives individualized educational services

Rehabilitative Services
Each woman receives four hours of on-site:
* counseling
* case management
* relapse prevention treatment
* educational tutoring
* computer literacy skills
* life skills

Work Experience
Each program participant:
* works 30 hours in light assembly work
* earns minimum wage or better
* receives supervision and evaluation
* becomes an employable person

Referral Process
Human Service agencies may refer women who:
* meet the target population guidelines
* evidence motivation for positive growth
* have received substance abuse treatment
* have treatment providers who will complete a written assessment and reference and who will participate as necessary in ongoing treatment
